Increasing Empathy in Relationships
Empathy can make a huge difference in our relationships. Unfortunately, it’s often one of the first things to go when there’s a conflict, especially conflicts within our families. Empathy is about being slower to blame or judge, and working to understand the other person's perspective and feelings. When we respond to our loved ones from a place of empathy, it builds up and strengthens our relationships.
